Use InkFolio responsibly
These starter terms cover the basics for using InkFolio’s reading tools and cloud features. Replace or expand them with your final legal copy before a wide public launch.
Acceptable use
Use InkFolio only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to access, upload, or read. Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, or interfere with other users.
Accounts and paid features
If InkFolio offers sign-in, subscriptions, donations, or Pro features, you are responsible for the activity on your account and for providing accurate billing or profile information where required.
Content ownership
You keep ownership of your own content. InkFolio does not claim ownership of the books or documents you read, but you remain responsible for making sure your use of those materials is lawful.
Availability
The service may change over time, including features, integrations, pricing, and uptime. InkFolio may suspend or remove features to improve reliability, security, or compliance.
